We founded aiomics with a simple thesis
Healthcare providers deserve tools that return them to their calling. Our platform was born at the intersection of medicine, data science, and law — disciplines that rarely meet, but together define the future of trustworthy healthcare technology. Our shared belief: by fixing documentation, we give healthcare professionals the freedom to live their vocation with clarity, confidence, and greater impact.
-
Dr Sven Jungmann
FOUNDER & CEO
Sven is a physician who has worked in emergency rooms and oncology wards. Firsthand, he experienced how paperwork erodes time, focus, and purpose. His conviction: healthcare needs systems that empower professionals rather than reduce them to clerks.
-
Dr Nikita Tarasov
FOUNDER & CTO
Nik is a physicist turned data scientist with more than a decade of experience in building intelligent systems. He ensures Aiomics’ engine doesn’t just process information, but does so with rigor, accuracy, and scalability — transforming scattered documents into structured insights.
-
Kirill Schitomirski
FOUNDER & COO/CLO
Kirill is a lawyer who helped scale one of Europe’s largest digitally enabled hospitality companies. He brings the regulatory, operational, and contractual expertise needed to ensure aiomics is not only innovative, but also compliant and dependable for hospitals, insurers, and patients alike.
Four pillars shape our decisions
-
Why it matters
Medicine is built on trust. AI in healthcare must earn it—every day. Trust is hard-won and quickly lost, so we design every interaction, feature, and safeguard to protect patients and empower providers.
How we practice it
Protecting sensitive data with GDPR & BSI C5 compliance.
Supporting providers to perform better, not replace them.
Ensuring outputs are reliable, explainable, and clinically sound.
Staying close to users through continuous engagement.
-
Why it matters
Honesty—internally and with partners—builds trust and accelerates learning. Respectful clarity drives better outcomes for our users and ourselves.
How we practice it
Giving and inviting clear, respectful feedback.
Being transparent about capabilities, limitations, and timelines.
Turning feedback into rapid improvements.
Designing AI that shows what’s missing or requires attention.
-
Why it matters
We are scientists at heart. Decisions must be grounded in data, validated independently, and driven by measurable outcomes—not by hype.
How we practice it
Reasoning from first principles in development.
Combining qualitative and quantitative data in product choices.
Validating performance through scientific and clinical studies.
Holding ourselves accountable to reproducible results.
-
Why it matters
Medicine is, above all, a human profession. Technology should deepen—not diminish—the human-to-human moments that define good care.
How we practice it
Freeing up clinicians’ time for conversations with patients.
Supporting shared decision-making with clear, accessible information.
Removing communication barriers through multilingual, multimodal AI.
Designing inclusively to broaden access to quality care.
We deliver by…
…being close to our users
Our team spends significant time with doctors, nurses, and therapists to design features that solve real, daily problems.
…blending disciplines
We unite medical, technical, legal, and operational expertise to build tools that work in the real world.
…ensuring sustainability
Every innovation must improve patient care, save time, and be financially viable—through compliance automation, operational efficiency, and reduced waste.
…being ready for the future
From day one, we built for GDPR, MDR, and the EU AI Act, and interoperable with all major healthcare data standards while protecting adaptability to emerging tech.
Our Name & Logo
Aiomics combines AI with omics—a reference to the fields (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics) that turn vast biological data into meaningful insights. Just as omics sciences make sense of complexity in life, aiomics transforms the scattered fragments of healthcare documentation into structured, usable knowledge. The name signals both our scientific grounding and our mission: to turn data into clarity, and complexity into confidence.
Our logo represents this mission visually.
The data bubble (left) symbolizes the messy, unstructured information healthcare providers face every day.
The central bar represents Aiomics—capturing, structuring, and distilling insights from that complexity.
The human form (right) shows the provider receiving these insights, not as raw data, but in a clear, digestible, and empowering way.
Together, the elements embody human–AI interaction in the age of advanced healthcare AI: machines working in the background, humans remaining at the center.
