Work at aiomics
Join a team of builders, scientists, and clinicians
We founded Aiomics to bring healthcare providers back to their calling. To do this, we need people who care deeply about trust, precision, and impact. If you’re motivated by solving hard problems that matter, you’ll fit right in.
Mission
Empower exceptional providers
Our mission is to serve the people who keep healthcare running — doctors, nurses, therapists, and administrators. They entered this field to help people, not to drown in paperwork.
At Aiomics, we build the tools that give them back time, clarity, and confidence. Every feature, safeguard, and workflow is designed to support their vocation.
Values
The collaborative way
At Aiomics, no single discipline is enough. Medicine, data science, law, and engineering come together here. We collaborate across boundaries, blending expertise to solve problems no one could fix alone.
Our values — trust, candour, scientific rigour, and human connection — shape everything we do. We believe respectful clarity, measurable outcomes, and empathy for users are non-negotiable. We call this the collaborative way.
