Welcoming Kirill Schitomirski as Founding COO & CLO
We are excited to share that Kirill Schitomirski has joined aiomics as founding COO and CLO. This is a moment we’ve been looking forward to, as Kirill has already been an invaluable partner to us in recent months.
Kirill brings over a decade of legal practice experience and a proven track record of helping organizations scale. As employee number nine at numa group (formerly known as COSI), he witnessed and shaped the company’s growth from a single hotel in Berlin to more than 200 properties with over 10,000 units across 16 countries and a team of over 900 employees. That journey taught him how to build smooth operations that can scale globally, while never losing sight of compliance and trust.
At aiomics, Kirill will focus on two areas that are critical for our success:
Smooth, reliable operations: Translating best practices from the hospitality sector into healthcare, where seamless processes and clear standards can directly improve both patient experience and provider satisfaction. Healthcare has long looked to aviation and gastronomy for inspiration around safety and quality management. We believe it can also learn from hospitality when it comes to operational excellence and customer experience.
Legal compliance by design: Ensuring that every part of what we build—from data flows to clinical documentation—is anchored in the strict regulatory frameworks that define European healthcare.
Kirill’s path to aiomics also has a personal dimension. He and our CEO, Sven Jungmann, first connected through their shared passion for sports and Hyrox races. Over time, that friendship grew into trust—on the track, in training, and now in business. We see that same spirit of pushing, challenging, and supporting one another reflected in the way we want to build aiomics.
We are grateful to have Kirill officially on board as a co-founder. His experience, mindset, and values are already helping us strengthen the foundation for what we aim to achieve: returning healthcare providers to their calling by making care more human, connected, and effective.
