2. Types of Data Processed

• Contact data (e.g. name, email address, phone number), if you provide it via the contact form or email
• Usage data (e.g. pages visited, access times) — anonymised, without personal attribution
• Communication data, such as the IP address; used by Plausible exclusively in anonymised form
• Advertising and usage data, including pages visited, ad-click identifiers, time, device and browser characteristics, if you consent to measurement with LinkedIn and Google Ads

3. Purposes of Data Processing

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Provision and technical optimisation of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Processing inquiries you submit to us (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR)
• Anonymised analysis of website usage to improve our service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Measurement of our LinkedIn advertisements and creation of audiences for further advertising, if you have consented (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Servers are located in the European Union (Vercel EU region). Each page visit automatically generates access data in server log files, including IP address, date and time of access, the page visited, and the browser used. This data is processed solely to ensure smooth operations and is deleted after a maximum of 30 days. 5. Web Analytics (Plausible Analytics)

We use Plausible Analytics to compile statistics on how our website is used. Plausible sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting, and does not store your IP address. We run Plausible Community Edition on our own infrastructure. The measurement data never leaves that infrastructure and is not transmitted to any third party — including Plausible Insights OÜ, the maker of the software. Only aggregated figures are collected: pages viewed, referring source, browser, operating system, device type, and country of origin. We do not track you. No usage profiles are created, no persistent identifiers are stored, and no data is combined across other websites, other devices, or longer periods. To count repeat visits within a single day, Plausible derives an irreversible check value incorporating a random value that rotates every 24 hours; after that, visits can no longer be related to one another. We have no way of linking the figures collected to you personally. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of website usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 6. Advertising measurement with LinkedIn and Google Ads

With your consent, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, on the public website. The tag measures the performance of our LinkedIn advertisements and creates audiences for further advertising. It collects information including the page address, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics, and time of access. LinkedIn sets cookies for this purpose and may associate the data with your LinkedIn account. We receive only aggregated reports. The tag is loaded only after you have agreed through our consent prompt. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time for the future through “Cookie settings” in the footer. LinkedIn may also process data in the United States and other third countries. Google processes information including IP address, device and browser characteristics, page visits, ad-click identifiers and a random receipt used to prevent duplicate counts. Our integration does not send names, email addresses, organisation names or free text from the contact form to Google. Enhanced conversions and Google ad personalisation are disabled. A booking-link click is not counted as a booked appointment. The Google tag loads only after consent. This integration sends no data to Google without consent. Previous consent covering LinkedIn alone does not authorise Google measurement. Your choice is stored in the browser for up to 180 days. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent for the future through Cookie settings. Google may also process data in the United States. 7. Fonts

This website uses the typefaces Fraunces, Inter and Space Mono. The font files are downloaded once when the website is built and are then served exclusively from our own servers (local hosting). Accessing the website therefore establishes no connection to Google servers. No data is transmitted to Google — in particular not your IP address — and Google sets no cookies in this context.

8. Contact

When you contact us by email or via the contact form, the data you provide is processed to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).

9. Recipients of Your Data

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the provision of our services. Service providers (processors) are contractually bound to comply with data protection requirements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Current service providers:
