Technology — but personal.

aiomics is not an anonymous software company. Behind the platform stands a physician-founder, a team that knows the European hospital landscape, and a community of hospitals that co-develop the next features together.

Founded by a physician

Our founder Dr. med. Sven Jungmann has worked in hospitals himself. He knows the daily routine not from studies, but from personal experience. aiomics was not designed in a lab and then sold to hospitals. It was developed with physicians who work with it daily — and who tell us what is needed next.

Built for the European context

Payer communication, quality audits, rehabilitation applications, works council requirements — aiomics is built for the structures and regulatory requirements of European healthcare. No translation from the US context. No adaptation of an international product. European from the start, aligned with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and the processes in European hospitals.

We ship every week

Our hospital clients are co-creators. We are in constant exchange with the people who work with aiomics every day, and every week we release improvements that come out of their feedback from live operation. Between a requirement and its implementation, weeks pass. What we are after is more than a product: a community of hospitals that want to use AI so that more time is left for patients.

We move fast

Our implementations take weeks, not months. We are on-site when needed. We actively support integration, training, and adaptation to your processes. And when something does not work, the short path to our team is exactly that: short.

Complementary to existing solutions

If your hospital already uses speech recognition, a dictation system, or another solution — aiomics replaces none of them. The platform provides context from existing documents that other tools do not deliver. Where gaps exist, we fill them. Where you already have a solution, we create no duplicate structures.

THE START PATH

The portal that makes your project lead shine

In every hospital, one person carries the rollout. They have a full-time job, a project on top of it, and the task of bringing along a lot of people who all have very little time. The Start Path was built for them: a protected portal that lays the route out in five phases — prepare, start, embed, prove, expand — and holds ready-made material for each one, from the invitation to executive management to the briefing for the works council.

Part of it holds regardless of us: how to set up a hospital rollout professionally, how to measure beforehand so you can prove something afterwards, how to bring the works council in early. That knowledge stays with the person even when their next project runs with a different vendor.

The Start Path is free of charge for our client hospitals and grows with every rollout that follows.

The four promises you can hold us to

  • We are reachable every day — including weekends and public holidays.
  • Every question is answered within one working day. Even when the answer is: “We're working on it — you'll know more by Friday.”
  • Every piece of feedback is visibly tracked — you see what becomes of it.
  • No meeting without an agenda in advance. No phase change you didn't know about.

Access comes from your aiomics contact, usually at contract signing.

And if you want to think wider

Some hospitals want to set the rollout up more broadly: bring a leadership team to the same level, build an AI governance structure, develop selection criteria for procurement. There are separate formats for that — including for hospitals that do not use our software.
