Part of the working day goes into the paperwork of a case: sorting referrals, gathering findings, writing letters, answering insurer queries. That is the work aiomics prepares.
Whether and how much time this returns at a site is something we measure there, before the rollout and after it. Until such a measurement exists, we do not promise a number.
A draft saves time only if you can check it
Language models write fluently. A fluent draft whose statements cannot be checked moves the work from writing to proofreading: whoever signs it off reads it line by line against the record. An error that sounds plausible slips through easily.
That is why aiomics works with sources. Structured information keeps its source. For reports and physician letters, a separate review pass compares the draft with its sources.

Aiomics was founded by a physician, a physicist and an engineer of regulated health software. We hold our system to the standard medicine applies to new methods: independent evaluation, published results, limits stated openly.
Charité is evaluating the use of aiomics independently; the evaluation is ongoing. It carries no endorsement. We will cite figures from the evaluation once they are published.
Before go-live, we agree with the hospital how the benefit will be measured, including the time spent on checking, correction and rework.
